Koz Gruenig, the driving force behind the Katrina-shuttered Po-Boy Bakery in Gentilly, moved out to Harahan in November and set up his own shop and has been doing crazy business ever since in serving his popular combination of New Orleans favorites like roast-beef po-boys, fried chicken, red beans and rice, country-fried steak and gumbo.
