 Sam and Will man the koz's booth.

No booth is run better than with a mother son combo. Ms. Koz and Sam work the line serving jambalaya, crawfish etouffe, and turtle cheesecake.

The booth was in the Old U.S. Mint where the
cajun and zydeco music was rocking.
